The Murfreesboro show is up! To see the work, visit the Murfreesboro City Hall rotunda at 111 West Vine St, Murfreesboro TN, Mon-Fri for the next month between the hours of 8-4:30pm. “In her paintings, Brown explores the visually overwhelming and complex. Drawing from natural or candid subjects such as crowded places or tangles of vines in the woods, her process plays the control of the artist’s hand off of the fluidity of the painting medium, mimicking an underlying theme of the tension between chaos and structure.”
